Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?expand_more
Yes. Every lamp is photographed on a real piece from the workshop. Because each is handmade from natural wood, the grain can vary slightly, but the design, size, and warm glow are exactly as pictured.
How long does shipping take?expand_more
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. UK orders arrive by tracked Royal Mail, usually within 2–3 business days. International orders are shipped worldwide with tracking and typically arrive within 7–14 business days.
How do I return an item?expand_more
You can return any lamp within 21 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition. Email us at marko.miholicc@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a pre-addressed Royal Mail return label. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned item reaching us. We ship worldwide. UK delivery is free via tracked Royal Mail, and we also deliver to the USA, Europe, and the rest of the world with tracked shipping.
Is it safe to leave a wooden lamp on overnight?expand_more
Yes. Our lamps are powered by a low-voltage 5V USB cable with a warm LED core that stays cool to the touch. They are safe to leave glowing overnight in bedrooms and children's rooms.
